CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to maintain this atmosphere and accomplish our goals, our members agree to:

-
Treat each other with respect and kindness; Not engage in personal attacks on kinmates or others on the server in such a way as to reflect poorly on us as a group (remember that people can and will inspect you and will draw conclusions about our kinship based on your words and actions)
-
Address any concerns about officers or fellow members with the leader or another officer privately, instead of airing dirty laundry publicly
-
List their alts/toons in the kin via the in-game player note in the kin social tab (the note for the main character can simply say "main"; feel free to add any other info you wish; ask an officer if you are unsure of how to do this)
-
Take under serious consideration any words of warning and correction from the officers when they feel that you are violating the code of conduct. They have been specially selected for their judgement and dedication to the group, so they are trying to help you avoid an embarrassing situation
-
Realize that violation of this code of conduct may lead to demotion or removal from the kinship of all toons by the officers on duty. With the exception of most egregious behavior, an attempt to rectify the misconduct will be made first in order to avoid this
-
If a toon or person has previously been band/kicked from the kin, ONLY the kin leader is allowed to approve that person to be back in the kin (This has been an unspoken rule in the past)
